Long lost toughness
A sunny thursday i should say, had been down pouring for the last two thursday liao. Glad that today is a sunny one and i can go for bball training at 438. Today desmond was around, so as usual it wont be just a simple match playing session. Long time din get push till so tired le, almost fainted. Guess my physical wasn't as good as i think now. Sprint around the court, did some shuttle run, duck walks, lots of different kind of push ups plus sit ups. Then we proceeded with the basic fundamentals which is lay ups, and free throws. After that is 5v5 against each others. Me and jason were complaining our arms and legs all trembling liao, so weak like tofu. Ahaa. But seriously i was looking forward to this kind of training, at least it helps me build up my body & physical. Though this is the 1st time xiong training, gladly everyone survive. The team is still very weak, hope everyone will buck up as times goes. Alright, blog till here, my back is aching like hell. Gonna go rest liao. Ciaossu.!

A rainy wednesday morning, just woke up and had my breakfast. Going to work later, =) Sianx, today gonna work whole day, luckily thurs - sat off. Yesterday played bball at 438, although my shooting is there, i actually feel that i'm losing the feeling soon, seriously hope not. zZzz Finally learn to take order in sushi tei liao, got my own code also.. Nothing much to say about my work, only first day break a few cups, yesterday burned myself with steam rice thats all. People there are very friendly, and i can eat lots of sushi after we finish work. =D Alright, gonna prepare for work liao. cya !

Weird thursday
Woo, just reach home about half an hour ago. Peeps, i'm now working at raffles city sushi tei, well, if nothing don't come find me. I will paiseh one. Haha.. Anyway, have been working full shift for the last two days, kinda tired and not use to it, luckily the people there are friendly and i trying my best to learn things fast. Oh, i broke a few glasses on my first day of work, suay !! Overall i felt that its like sizzler just that is japanese restaurant. Me and wei teck get to eat the sushi there after our work, so nice..=) Today had training at 438, but rain heavily at 6+, in the end cause alot people to skip it, but i wanna play bball alot, so contact a few person and went down to dry the floor with newspaper. Din train much i should say, just played a few 4v4 matches thats all, sianx.. Later gonna watch red cliff preview at cine with leong, monkey, jie yun, dick and mika. Will update you friends with my rating de.. Cya !

Mika's bday
Hello friends, i just woke up and the time now is 3+. Ahaa.. Piggy as usual. Yesterday slept around 4+. It was mika's birthday celebration yesterday, so a whole lot of us went to play shi zhi lu kou organized by me ! Heex. I'm actually pretty worried about the game at first, because not everyone wants to play and things might just cock up during the game. But luckily everything went smooth, i hope everyone enjoy the game yesterday, different people in different group, went to 7 places decided by qi xiang, punggol, potong pasir, beach rd, balestiar, upp thomson rd, bishan interchange & amk centre last. I guess all the groups were rushing because no one wants to kana the ultimate punishment. Well, its a game so definitely there were losers, so in the end mika, monkey, kenny, soon siang, alvin and jun hao kana the punishment which is stocking over their heads and pull till the stocking tears. They manage to took a lot of pics in front of raiders. After which some went off and some continue to chom chom to eat, then the whole lot of us about 20+ people went to K garden sing. First time i heard them sing, had a lot of fun. Ended at about 2+ and i proceeded my way back due to my gastric pain. Gosh, pain till cannot tahan le, so bought some food and went home eat, but still the pain doesn't goes off, in the end, i hack care just go to bed. Knock out till just now then wake up. ahaa. =D
