Couragous or Dumb??
Hey hey, just came back from a late night movie. Saw melissa saying i lazy din blog, yup i admit i am really lazy la ! But for her sake, i update lor.. This week was quite a defining week as we got street soccer competition, navigation at marsiling and AHM practice of course. Nothing much to say on the soccer competition, din came out as wat we expected, anyway we got 3rd. Not too bad la guys.keep it up team noobcake.. Although some of the players doesn't really have sportsman but well, its just a game, so the most important thing is to enjoy.=)The navigation at marsiling was a great one, its not that hard but im just like being brought back to navex in ASLC. This time, something unusual happened. One of the team had encountered things from another world, its was describe to be a white short hair figure with no legs moving at a very fast speed around a distance less den 100m. They were all stun and scared, when i met up with them, their faces were all so pale and they didn say much, i knew something was wrong but still i continue searching the check point with my team. We shine our torch at evey possible tree which hangs our checkpoint. My team din find anything so i just continue combing the area alone, soon i found the checkpoint about 50m away and i shouted for them, i was relieved as we finally completed our night navex after a long day of walking. Guess wat, my friend finally told me their encountered with the spirit and he ask me to guess where the event took place, i din reply and he told me that it happened right behind the road which i was combing alone few mins ago. I immediately felt a shiver down my spine, am i really that brave or dumb to go alone to search. Guess the only explanation is im too distracted in search for the final checkpoint. Lucky me came back safe & sound, but sad to say, i'll be going that place to stay in the coming few weeks, may god bless me and frens, wish me good luck. (-_-)!!

Endure pain to earn glory, worth it?
Hello frens.. Back to blog again.. Sry to keep u all waiting but no choice.. cox im still in jail.. lolx.. just reach home after watching the movie invisible target.Not very nice but still worth if you are watching all the shuai ge in the movie..ahaa.. Frankly speaking the sound system in cathay is really good, but too good until i almost gone deaf when got explosive scene. Gosh ! This week ended with a 16km AHM run, as usual my leg is still aching and i feel so prone to injuries. Knees, arch of foot and my back is all starting to give way liao. Is there really no way to solve this problem except stop running? I happen to saw this at east coast park as i was running "The person to beat is not in front, its inside". So inspired by this sentence, short but so true & powerful. Looking forward to AHM(army half marathon 21km) & hope i can set a good timing for myself as well as end all the running misery now.

Ji de ai?
Today is a bright saturday.. Was slacking at home downloading songs & watching tv..So shun bian update my blog.. Hmmm, its mika's bday today & wei teck monkey they all went swimming at some chinese garden place. Not too sure but also not very interested cox im really too exhausted to swim. Lolx.But hope they enjoy themselves.=) I was watching channel 51(MTV channel) & i accidentally saw a nice song sang by ah xin(FIR) & lee jiu zhe(MACHI). Dun know whether its a new song anot cox was in camp most of the time, ahaa.. The song title is called Ji De Ai, remember love in english. U guys will hear it when roaming my blog liao.Something actually comes to my mind when i was listening to this song. Whats the most painful injuries you actually have in life. I personally got my hand fracture till a U shape b4, think frens reading this will also have your own painful experience injuries. But i think the most painful experience injury is a heart piercing pain cause by the sweetest thing LOVE. Its so enjoyable to have it but when you lose it, the pain is not 1 or 2 weeks can subside one. It will stay deep in your heart & different pple will have diff duration of pain, some 1-2 days some 1-2 years or more.
So what can heal this injury or ease the pain? Maybe you can try a doctor but im sure no medicine will be issued.Lolx. Some say make yourself occupied but how long can you last with this method? From my own experience, i think only time will buried your wound & ease the pain as it goes. Or you can try falling into another relationship to heal it with LOVE again. =) Still i believe no matter how long the time takes, you won't forget the love you have previously because it had already left a mark in your heart. Right?

very tired
Came back from a run at east coast.. 14 km run is really insane la.. totally exhausted after the run, though im the 1st to reach again, lucky me.=) got to run 14km in 70 mins, not sure its fast or slow in the real AHM. But shld be glad that i have done my best, one thing i would like to say is that although i can run, that doesn't means i like to run. So i dun see the point of keep running & running if i dun wish to..
